Each product in the Magic Digital Wand suite uses a simple monthly subscription. Payments are processed securely via Lemon Squeezy. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard.

No Refunds: Because you receive immediate access to software and exports, refunds are not offered. To avoid future charges, cancel before your next renewal.

Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 24, 2025

1) Use of the Service ›

Use each Service in compliance with applicable laws. You’re responsible for your account’s security and activity.

2) Subscriptions & Payments ›

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy using your selected payment method.

3) Cancellations & Refunds ›

Cancel anytime. Access remains active through the end of the paid period. Because access starts immediately, no refunds are provided.

4) Intellectual Property ›

All software, models, and site content are the property of Magic Digital Wand or the respective product team. You retain ownership of content you upload.

5) Limitation of Liability ›

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

6) Modifications ›

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
